National Wine Agency Employs 150 Young People Living in Kakheti as Operators in Wine Factories

During the vintage, the National Wine Agency will employ 150 young people living in the Kakheti region as operators in wine factories.

Young people were selected as a result of interviews held in different municipalities of Kakheti for the position of operator. The selected candidates were trained by specialists of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture at the vintage coordination HQ.

The vintage accounting program has been operating in the country since 2013. The program ensures the collection of complete and accurate data on the delivered grapes, which is important for the production of high-quality wine.

Some of the employees already have similar work experience from previous years. The salary of young operators in wine enterprises will be up to 950 GEL per month.
