5-Star Le Méridien to be Added to Famous Hotel Brands
Marriot's 5-star Le Méridien hotel will be added to the famous hotel brands on the Black Sea coast.
The two-part "Batumi Tower" will officially open on March 3.
The 205-meter-high Batumi Tower is the tallest building in the Caucasus. One part of the project consists of 35 floors and includes both residences and casinos. There is a panoramic wheel installed on the 26th floor of the Batumi Tower and a lounge restaurant will also be located on the same floor. The complex is located in the center of Batumi, on the Black Sea coast.
As for the second part of the project, Marriot's 5-star Le Méridien Hotel, with its 105 rooms, an outdoor and indoor pool, a spa and fitness center, several restaurants, lounges and conference rooms will host guests from March 3.
The interior design concept of the project was developed by Georgian company Rooms.
Development company Redco bought the Batumi Tower building for $ 25 million. The total cost of the project is $ 80 million.
