Georgian Wine Marketing Campaign in the U.S. to Be Further Intensified This Year
To increase the visibility and exports of Georgian wine in the United States, the National Wine Agency has signed cooperation agreements with the companies Colangelo & Partners and Glodow Nead Communications.
Through the organization of these companies and with the financial support of the National Wine Agency, marketing campaigns aimed at increasing demand for Georgian wine in the U.S. market will be implemented. These activities will include: tasting seminars in various cities for wine professionals and representatives of the wine trade sector; targeted advertising and media campaigns; participation of Georgian wine in international exhibitions and festivals; wine tours to Georgia for media representatives, sommeliers, and sales professionals; and strengthened consumer-oriented activities.
Colangelo & Partners is one of the largest marketing companies operating in the U.S. market for nearly 20 years. The National Wine Agency has been cooperating with this company since 2022. During this period, a growing trend in Georgian wine exports has been recorded.
The Agency is beginning cooperation with Glodow Nead Communications this year. Founded in California in 1974, Glodow Nead Communications is currently considered one of the most prestigious and premium PR agencies, offering services such as strategic branding, public relations, brand content creation, and brand positioning across major media platforms.
The United States represents one of the strategic export markets for Georgian wine. Since 2013, targeted marketing activities supported by the National Wine Agency have significantly contributed to increasing both the awareness and exports of Georgian wine in the U.S. The U.S. is one of the highest-value markets for Georgian wine, where the average price per liter is around 6 USD, reflecting the high quality of Georgian wine and growing demand.
