Tbilisi Becomes Member of Nordic Tourism Collective
Tbilisi became a member of Nordic Tourism Collective.
The Deputy Mayor of Tbilisi, Andria Basilaia presented the tourism potential to the webinar today.
"Tbilisi City Hall actively works to develop the field of tourism in the city. It participates in this process with campaigns such as "seminars and workshops for people employed in the tourism and related sectors directly or indirectly; Street food festival "Taste Tbilisi", mediators for international travel journalists, bloggers and "influencers", etc. Up to 400 food facilities are financed so that they can operate successfully after a pandemic. Tbilisi is in the first place among the 15 best destinations in Europe for vaccinated travelers and is ready to receive visitors and provide them with a safe environment in compliance with the regulations and protocols of the World Health Organization," - said Andria Basilaia.
Joining Nordic Tourism Collective, Tbilisi automatically becomes a member of the European Tourism Association - ETOA.
