Grappa Mestia to Open a High Class Hotel in Svaneti in 2023

High class brand hotel in Svaneti will be opened in 2023. Mindia Gurgenidze, the founder of the project implementing company Grappa Mestia, told Business Partner that the hotel will have 4 stars.

According to him, as a result of the new regulations, the technical parameters have changed, which may lead to the redesign of the project. Accordingly, technical issues are being addressed at this stage. As of Mindia Gurgenidze, the construction of the hotel will most likely start in the spring of 2021.

High-class spas and classy restaurants will be set up on 20,200 square meters in Hatsvali. The construction period includes 2 years. Its investment value is 10 million GEL.

The company plans to implement another project. The company has purchased the relevant area in Tsikhisdziri. A project is being prepared, which includes a hotel complex.

As it is known, the project includes two types of medium and high class hotel, casino, restaurant and other entertainment facilities.
