The total cost of the project is 14 million GEL.

"It is important that an international standard hotel is being built in Tbilisi with our financial support. Supporting local businesses remains our constant priority, therefore it is gratifying that Clocks Hotel Tbilisi is operating in cooperation with the bank. We make it attractive. We want to wish success to our partner in the implementation of this interesting project," said Zurab Kokosadze, Head of Corporate Banking at Bank of Georgia.

According to the Bank of Georgia, in the process of working on the project, the main direction of hotel management was to create a local brand that would compete with not only high-quality services but also with the highest international standards of building planning and safety. The hotel is fully adapted for disabled people. In addition to the exquisite rooms, Clocks Hotel Tbilisi will have 2 conference halls, 2 restaurants, a bar, a terrace with beautiful views of Tbilisi, and a landscaped courtyard, which will create a particularly cozy atmosphere.

In addition, the defined segment envisages the development of MICE tourism, both by hosting various companies or organizing business meetings, as well as receiving travelers and other guests. In the future, it is also planned to implement additional projects in the tourism sector in cooperation with the Bank of Georgia, which will be distributed in the regions of Georgia.
