Besides Israel, Georgia Plans to Open Borders with Several Other Countries

Besides Israel, we have been conducting very successful negotiations with several countries for opening borders and resuming tourism activities, Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia noted at the May 14 government meeting.

“We believe these negotiations will be finished successfully. Apparently, Israel will be the first country, with which we will arrange the safe and green corridor in order to constantly host Israeli tourists...

Furthermore, active negotiations are being conducted with Czech Republic, Poland, Baltic Countries, with the neighboring countries and all these negotiations will be finished successfully. We should prioritize shaping a safe environment, including, our citizens must also realize this necessity”, Giorgi Gakharia noted.
