4-Star Hotel Opens in Grigoleti: Yachts, Spa treatments and Water Sports
In Grigoleti, the first international brand 4-star hotel, TRADEMARK COLLECTION BY WYNDHAM GRIGOLETI, will open. A total of $ 6 million has been invested into the project. "Produce in Georgia" took part in the loan interest part as well.
According to Giorgi Dolidze, a representative of Mcinerney Hospitality International Georgia with Business Partner, the official opening of the hotel is scheduled for the second half of May.
The hotel accommodates 60 rooms and is designed for the middle segment.
"There will be 4 different categories of rooms, designed for individual, group, family, and business travelers. There are 2 conference and four meeting rooms, 2 restaurants - Rooftop restaurant and ordinary restaurant", - said Giorgi Dolidze.
According to him, the guests will also enjoy a spa center under the auspices of Davit Tatishvili, offering them wine and spa procedures, and therapies. The yard borders the coastline and offers water sports services to visitors.
"We give great priority to water sports. We have our yachts and various water sports equipment," said Giorgi Dolidze.
The price range is $ 90-100 a night. The expectation of hotel occupancy is 60-70% during the summer season.
