When will it Resume Public Transport Movement in Tbilisi?

We will make a decision to restore public transport as soon as the epidemiological situation in the country allows, - Irakli Chikovani, Advisor to the Prime Minister of Georgia on International Relations, said during the broadcast of the Public Broadcaster.

According to the Prime Minister's spokesman, the Covid-19 is an event that makes the lifestyle of the whole world adapt to it.

"Public transport is a very big aspect of the restriction, the removal of which will be very important, so we did not link it to any of the steps taken by the government to open up the economy and ease the restrictions, but we are thinking about it. We will make this decision, regardless of the stage of mitigation, if the epidemiological situation in the country allows us to do so, "- said Irakli Chikovani.
