Top Producs Georgia Exports During Covid-19 Pandemic

Net exports from Georgia decreased by 1.7% in the first quarter of 2020 and amounted to USD 539.5 million.

Copper ores and concentrates are in the top ten in local exports. Exports increased by 17.3% and total exports amounted to $ 159 million. Its share in net exports is 29.5%.

Although the annual export of ferroalloys has fallen by almost 40%, this commodity position still holds second place. A total worth of which is $ 58 million (10.8 percent of total local exports).

The third place is occupied by natural grape wines with 44.1 million dollars (8.2% of total local exports). The export of natural grape wines has decreased by 10% annually.
