Starting Price of the Courts at Former Hippodrome will be About 5 million GEL

The initial cost of the courts will be about 5 million GEL.

As Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze stated at the government session, the territory near the hippodrome in Saburtalo will be put up for auction in a few days.

The former hippodrome covers 7174 sq.m. Area. The buyer of the space will be required to make investment commitments: the sports complex on the site must be restored, with tennis courts and a pool; Also, a fitness club should be arranged,- the Tbilisi City Hall told BM.GE.

We would like to remind you that the mentioned territory was returned to the Tbilisi City Hall by a private owner in February of this year. The company "Simetria" was offered a replacement and the alternative real estate was transferred to Saburtalo and Chugureti districts.
