Restrictions of Social Gatherings May Lift from March
After the reopening of nightclubs in March, restrictions on social events, including anniversaries, and weddings will also be lifted.
According to the Head of Labour Inspection at Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia - Beka Peradze, the infection rates are slowly decreasing.
"I think there should be positive attitudes in this regard. The group is already working on the issue."
Currently, weddings, anniversaries and other such social gatherings are prohibited. Food venues and various ritual halls will be fined GEL 10,000 for hosting such events.
