Regular Flights Between Georgia and Greece to Resume in November-December
Flights will be restored between Georgia and Greece in the period of November-December. As the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development declared, this matter was discussed with the Greek Minister of Tourism, who visited Georgia within the frameworks of the 112th session of the Executive Board of WTO.
"Minister of Tourism of Greece visited Georgia a few days ago. We had a pretty efficient meeting with him. We have a particular plan, according to which, air traffic will be renewed within the frameworks of improving the epidemiological situation. We think, this will be achieved in the period of November-December.", noted Natia Turnava.
It is also worth mentioning, that currently only charter flights are launched between Athens and Tbilisi.
