New Enterprise in Kutaisi to Employ 100 Local Residents
Georgian Economy Minister Natia Turnava has opened Alutech Georgia enterprise in Kutaisi as part of the entrepreneurship stimulation government program Enterprise Georgia.
The total investment amounted to 700,000 GEL and initially, the enterprise will employ 15 local residents, but the number of employees will increase to 100 later.
Natia Turnava visited the new enterprise. The plant will sell its products on the domestic market initially. The enterprise will manufacture aluminum and metal-plastic products.
“It is very important for us to open new enterprises and create new job places. This is our key priority. With the renewed program, Enterprise Georgia will support more enterprises. As for the market of construction materials, this is a very future-oriented direction and we have our own resources to satisfy the growing demand on the domestic market and penetrate export markets too, the Minister noted.
The Georgian Economy Minister visited the enterprise together with the Imereti Region Governor.
