Lasha Khutsishvili Becomes Georgia's Minister of Finance

Lasha Khutsishvili will head the Ministry of Finance of Georgia. The Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili stated about it at the government session.

According to him, Khutsishvili has been a member of the team of the Ministry of Finance for a long time and knows the system very well. Since 2014, Khutsishvili has been working as a Deputy Minister.

"I would like to wish Mr. Khutsishvili every success as Minister of Finance and I believe that he will continue his work successfully," the Prime Minister said.

Ivane Machavariani resigned as Minister of Finance on March 31.
