Japan and Georgia Celebrated 30th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations

The 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Georgia and Japan was celebrated in the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theater.
 
The final event was dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Georgia and Japan at the Zakaria Paliashvili State Theater of Opera and Ballet in Tbilisi. The anniversary evening was attended by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth of Georgia, Tea Tsulukiani.
 
The event was also attended by the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Japan to Georgia Imamura Akira, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Aleksandre Khvtisiashvili, members of the Parliament of Georgia, representatives of the Embassy of Japan in Georgia and diplomatic corps accredited in Georgia.
 
The first part of the event held in the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theater was dedicated to the ensemble of traditional Japanese percussion instruments "LEO CLASSICS ENSEMBLE". In the second part of the anniversary event, the ballet troupe of the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theater, together with the ensemble "LEO CLASSICS ENSEMBLE", presented Alexei Ratmansky's one-act ballet "Dreams about Japan".
