Georgia’s State External Debts Rose by $164.248 Million in August

As for August 31, 2020, Georgia’s state external debts marked $6.758 billion (GEL 20.746 billion), up to $164.248 million as compared to July 2020.

Namely, Georgia’s state external debts exceeded $6.594 billion (GEL20.257 billion) as of July 31, 2020. The major creditors of Georgia are the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the World Bank’s International Development Association (IDA), and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD). Namely, Georgia owes $925.974 million to IDA, $1.014 billion to IBRD, and $1.432 billion to ADB.
