Georgian Wool Company plans to launch exports of mattresses to foreign markets, including in Greece, where the first test batch will be sent in 2 weeks.

As the company founder Zaur Kuliev told Business Partner, the price of exported mattresses will be USD 50. „We plan to launch exports of mattresses. At this stage, we have received orders from Greece. Noteworthy that our partner Greek company owns a branch in Germany and plans to export our products to Germany. The project’s investment value is USD 60,000.

Domestic clients will be able to buy our products starting the next week. In 2020, we sold 100 tons of unwashed wool on the Georgian market. This year also recorded huge demand, especially washed wool is the most requested product”, Zaur Kuliev said. The company's wool products match EU standards.
