Georgian PM: We Welcome Council's Decision on Reviewing Our Application
"We welcome the Council’s decision to ask the European Commission to examine the applications for the EU membership submitted by Georgia-Moldova-Ukraine", - Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili tweeted.
The head of the government thanked the Council for this important decision.

The move by the 27 member nations is the first stage in the bloc's famously difficult process of choosing whether to admit new members, which can take years.
According to French authorities, who now hold the rotating presidency of the EU, EU ambassadors decided to ask the bloc's executive to offer an 'opinion' on the three countries' bids.
