Georgian PM and Prince of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Discuss the margins of MSC
Today, on the margins of the Munich Security Conference, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili met with Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The meeting focused on prospects of bolstering cooperation and partnership across a variety of areas, including economy and tourism.
The parties emphasized the dynamic bilateral trade and economic ties and reaffirmed bilateral commitment to tapping into the full potential in these directions.
According to the Prime Minister, the Georgian Government welcomes Saudi Arabian FDIs and is ready to continue supporting interested investors in implementing large investment projects in Georgia. The parties singled out Georgia's stable and favorable business environment and opportunities offered by FTAs with a number of countries. The parties also shared their views on regional security.
The meeting was attended by Georgia's Vice Prime Minister/Foreign Minister David Zalkaliani and Head of the Government Administration Ilia Darchiashvili.
