Georgia and Turkmenistan discuss land use in Poti port - The parties discussed the topic during a video conference on April 1 on cargo and transit.

The Turkmen Foreign Ministry reported that the parties discussed deepening cooperation in the transport and transit sector.

Special emphasis was put on activation of the international transport corridor Caspian Sea - Black Sea. Possible use of land in Poti port was also discussed. The parties also reviewed other shipping-related issues, including disinfection of truck components.
