Finance Minister: Government is Developing Post-Crisis Plan together with NYC Office of Deloitte
The government of Georgia continues consultations with foreign partners.
International economists introduced the global pandemic and Georgia’s post-crisis economic and fiscal policy directions. The presentation was held in digital format at the Government’s office.
“This is the NYC Office of Deloitte, with which we are developing a post-crisis plan. This time, we have invited a group of domestic Georgian experts and involved them in discussions. The objective of the meeting was to harmonize positions of foreign and domestic experts. Furthermore, the Government is also to prepare a plan and strategy reflecting domestic realities. Comments by domestic experts are important and their experience enriches the job that our American colleagues have fulfilled”, Finance Minister Ivane Machavariani noted.
