Expansion Works at Batumi International Airport to be Near Completion

The infrastructural works which are currently underway at Batumi International Airport, are nearing completion. TAV Georgia published the photos, which show that the project of expanding the airport will be completed soon.

The total price of the investment was up to $17 million. According to the plan, infrastructural works will be finished by the end of February 2021.

As a result, the capacity of the Batumi International Airport will be doubled. Thus, the airport will be able to serve 1,200,000 passengers annually.
