DAGI Company to Construct New Building of Georgian Public Broadcaster

DAGI Company has won the tender for constructing a new building of Georgian Public Broadcaster (GPB). Under the tender conditions, DAGI Company will implement the project at GEL 43.637 million.

The Parties have already signed a due agreement. The new building must be constructed in 1.336 days.

The Georgian Public Broadcaster (GPB) announced a new tender in June 2020. The presumable value of the tender was GEL 46.757 million. Four companies applied for the tender: Anagi, Electro Montaj Service, SABA Construction and DAGI. The lowest price was offered by DAGI Company.
The new building will be constricted on 2 hectares on Politkosvskaya Street in Tbilisi.

Tbilisi City Hall’s architecture service issued the due license in May 2020.

The GPB has selected the building’s design through Facebook voting. The design by LLC TbilKalak Project has won the open competition. The GPB has paid GEL 1 million for engineering design for the new building.
