Changes Take Place in TBC Bank’s TOP Stakeholders Structure

TBC Bank finished the year 2020 with changes in the structure of major stakeholders.
 
At the end of the first quarter of 2020, six companies and physical bodies owned over 5% stakes in Georgia’s major commercial bank. Only 4 stakeholders were left on the list in the fourth quarter of 2020. JPMorgan Asset Management, which owned a 6.86% stake, and Schroder Investment Management (5.53%) withdrew from the list.
TBC Bank’s top stakeholders at the end of 2020:
Mamuka Khazaradze – 8.63%
Badri Japaridze – 5.99%
Dunross & Co. – 7.41%
EBRD - 5.05%
According to TBC Bank’s report, the management holds 3% of shares, IFC holds 2.8% stake, while 74.5% remain in free turnover.
TBC Bank’s capitalization amounts to GBPO 599 million.
