CEO of APM Terminals: Budget for the Poti Port Expansion is USD 250 Million at This Stage
"Georgia deserves a world-class port and we guarantee that we will have a very high level of the modernized port in the near future," said Keld Mosgaard Christensen, CEO of APM Terminals Poti.
The port CEO says that under the modernization/expansion project, significant investments will be made in upgrading operating systems and introducing digital technologies in the process, enabling Poti Port to become a world-class port.
"We will invest a large amount of money. The budget for the port expansion project is $ 250 million at this stage, but the amount may increase," Christensen said.
