Adjaristsqali Georgia Considers Future Cooperation with Batumi Botanic Garden

AGL CEO Rakesh Naik and Head of CSR Nino Diasamidze held a meeting with the Director of Batumi Botanic Garden Irakli Archaia and discussed possible future cooperation opportunities.

AGL has been cooperating with Batumi Botanic Garden since 2016 when AGL co-financed the construction and development of Goderdzi Alpine Botanic Garden by 100,000USD.

The Godzerdzi Alpine Garden has been implemented within the framework of the Lesser Caucasus Alliance Program developed by Mercy Corps. AGL owns and operates the 187MW Shuakhevi hydropower project. The Company is a leader in the energy sector in terms of delivering CSR activities.

The Company has implemented more than 100 projects targeting long-term economic development of the region and increasing the well-being of the local population.
