Vaccination Centers to Arrange on University Premises

In order to increase the availability of vaccinations, vaccination centers will be opened in large universities, where those who wish to be vaccinated will be able to do so without registering.

According to the head of the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health, Amiran Gamkrelidze, such facilities will be opened in several universities of Batumi, Kutaisi, and Tbilisi.

"The vaccination center will be opened tomorrow in space of the technical university, which will allocate 10 brigades. It is affiliated with Central Republican Hospital. One will be able to get a vaccine without registration in advance.", noted Amiran Gamkrelidze.

Amiran Gamkrelidze called on the population to actively apply to such vaccination centers. There are 184 such medical facilities in the country with 354 brigades.
