UNDP, UK Government help Public Service Hall introduce a European Model of Quality Management

Public Service Hall will present the progress of introducing a Common Assessment Framework (CAF), a European model of self-assessment and quality improvement in public sector.

Thea Tsulukiani, Minister of Justice of Georgia, will open an event with welcome remarks.

This will be followed by the addresses from Louisa Vinton, Head of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Georgia; and Suzi Stern, Head of the Good Governance Fund Georgia at the British Embassy to Georgia.

Georgia’s Public Service Hall is the first public agency in South Caucasus to introduce the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) as a tool for analysing and improving its performance, internal processes and services.

The initiative is supported by UNDP and the UK Government under their wider assistance to the Public Administration Reform in Georgia.
