The 34th European Film Awards Selects Salome Jashi's Taming the Garden Among the Nominees of Documentary Film Section

The 34th European Film Awards nominations were announced at the Seville Festival. Salome Jashi's "Taming the Garden" was selected among the nominees of the documentary film section.

Documentary follows trees that are transported, at great expense and inconvenience, from the coast of the Republic of Georgia to the private garden of that country's former prime minister.

The film is co-produced by Germany and Georgia and it premiered at Sundance International Film Festival.

Dea Kulumbegashvili's "Beginning" is also nominated for this year's European Film Awards.

European Film Awards Ceremony will be held in Berlin on December 11.
