Tbilisi City Hall Starts Rehabilitation Works of Gotsiridze Metro Station

Tbilisi City Hall starts full rehabilitation and reconstruction of Gotsiridze metro station. 

As Kakha Kaladze noted, transport policy is one of the most important priorities for the municipal government, which includes replacement and renewal of public transport. According to him, simultaneously, they hold infrastructural works, where special lanes will be arranged for buses, in order to make the relocating fast and comfortable. 

Also, the rehabilitation works are underway in the metro stations. International tender is announced for the purchase of new components.

"We already have a winner in the announced tender of Gotsiridze metro station rehabilitation. The contract is already formed and during the next few days, the working processes will be started.", stated Kakha Kaladze.

He also added that the rehabilitation works of Gotsiridze metro station will be carried out with the highest quality.

The price of the project is $1 010 851 million.
