Spain to Open Borders to Georgia and 12 Other Countries
According to the recommendation of the EU Council to all EU and Schengen Area Member States to open borders to 15 third-countries ranked as safe amid the Coronavirus, Spain opens its borders to 13 countries, excluding China and Morocco, SchengenVisaInfo.com

The reason is the decision made by China and Morocco to ban Europeans from entering its territory.
Along with Georgia, Spain opens its borders to Algeria, Australia, Canada, Japan, Montenegro, New Zealand, Rwanda, Serbia, South Korea, Thailand, Tunisia and Uruguay.
