Rehabilitation Works on Arabeti Fortress to be Finished

Within the basis of the permission given by National Agency of Cultural Heritage of Georgia, and financed by Fund "Qartu", rehabilitation processes are finished on Aradeti Fortress in the municipality of Qareli.

As National Agency noted, the restoration process was implemented by LPD "Bedeki WESTI", which included the renewal of south-east tower, middle abutment and east fence.

"Before starting rehabilitation works, fortificational building filled with mortar solutions with chosen riverside rocks, was nearly all ruined. remained fragments were in critical condition.", National Agency of Cultural Heritage declares.

At the moment, the renovating processes are fully finished.
