Presentation of Georgian Qvevri was held in Poland

During the folklore festival "Pannonica Folk Festival 2019", the presentation of Georgian Qvevri took place.
They also screened the film "made in Qvevri", which told a story of Georgian wine-making culture and technologies of producing Qvevri.
The project aims to represent a full cycle of Qvevri producing, usage and popularization. The festival hosted seminars about Georgian wine. It also involved demonstration of clay calciner.
Attendees had a possibility to taste Georgian Qvevri wines.
As the National Agency of wine says, Qvevri was inscribed on the representative list of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO in 2013.
