The 9th edition of CinéDOC-Tbilisi - International Documentary Film Festival is set for 15 August - 15 September.

''A one-month long hybrid edition is on its way! This year, we decided to take a moment and look over our festival archive leading us to create a different concept for this year’s edition - Best of CinéDOC-Tbilisi. We believe that many of the wonderful documentaries that we were screening each year for the festival are worth remembering. So, get ready for the special selection as well as for the newest documentary films from our Focus Caucasus competition featuring true powerful stories,''-posted organizers on the festival's page.

All documentary films for this year edition will be screened via the Georgian Public Broadcaster, Adjara TV and online on the website.

Starting from the 15th of August, every day from Monday to Friday our partner Georgian Public Broadcaster 1TV will screen 11 “Best of CinéDOC-Tbilisi” Films, while the CinéDOC-Weekends will allow you to see 10 newest documentary films from the Focus Caucasus competition online. Have a look at the website https://cinedoc-tbilisi.com/ka to watch these films online during weekends! And guess what, - Q&A sessions and discussions with the directors will also take place via Zoom.

In addition, throughout the festival period, the films can be watched on Adjara TV, which is another partner of the festival this year. And embedded onto our website – thanks to our cooperation with the European art house documentary film platform DAFilms – you can enjoy more wonderful documentaries.
