Nika Gvaramia Confused by Strasburg Court Decision

Nika Gvaramia, the former director general of Rustavi 2 TV company, has released a special statement regarding today’s decision by Strasburg Court and noted that he and his team are confused by the decision.

“This is a confusing and unimaginable decision. I have the right for criticism. The situation is aggravated by the fact that we are entitled to sue only one aspect of this case.

We will use this right. I cannot cast doubt on impartiality of this decision, but I would say the court has misinterpreted the case. I completely disagree with this decision. We will sue this decision”, Gvaramia noted.
