Le Meridién to Open in Batumi

Marriott brand hotel Le Meridién officially opened in Batumi. Chairman of Adjarian government attended the opening ceremony.

Le Meridien Batumi is a 5-star hotel and features 105 rooms, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, several restaurants, lounge and conference hall. The project of the building involves two parts: one of them is called "Batumi tower", which has 35 floors and unites residences and casino. 

Building of Batumi tower was purchased by development company "Redco" for $25 million.

It is the tallest building with 205 meters in the Caucasus. 

The opening of the hotel was supported by TBC. In the tourism sector, the bank has invested 800 Million Lari. Financing the corporational sector was increased by the bank in Adjara with 72% last year.
