Georgian Scooter Sharing Company Scroll Enters European Market

Scooters sharing system "Scroll" which appeared in Tbilisi during coronavirus pandemic on April 27, has become an alternative to many other forms of transport.

In the center of Tbilisi and Batumi, Scroll is used by the people as a means of transportation. As Daniel Doinitsin declared, in case of development the relevant infrastructure, scooters sharing system will be implemented in the other regions of Georgia. After the regulation of global pandemic, Georgian "Scroll" will enter European market.

"Since the company's entry, we had a discussion about prices. Every person wants to get a cheap service. Perhaps, we, as operators and business subjets are working along with our model. More than 120 people are employed, supplying the service requires resources and labor. However, we try to make the service more accessible - we've become friends with TBC and Space Bank. Cardholders of visa card have 30% cashback instantly, similarly to TBC Bank student cards. We also work on a loyalty program. The more often person uses the Scroll, he will have the appropriate discounts on the tariff.", noted Daniel Doinitsin.

The project is implemented with the support of Tbilisi City Hall in cooperation with American Bird. Bird was founded in 2017 and now operates in more than 100 cities.
