Georgian Airways to Evacuate 200 Georgian Citizens from Italy

Georgian Airways will evacuate 200 citizens of Georgia from Italy. As noted by the airline’s director general Roman Bokeria, two Tbilisi-Rome-Tbilisi flights will be performed at 10:15 and 10:25 o’clock.

As noted by Bokeria, the corresponding decision was made at the Ministry of Economy on March 9.

As for safety issues, all personnel of the airline who will participate in the flight will pass obligatory quarantine. After completion of the flights, airlines sanitary procedures will be carried out under international standards.

Crew members have passed due instructions. They will be maximally protected. Delivered passengers will be placed in quarantine. Our crew and employees will be examined after fights and if necessary they will pass quarantine period”, Roman Bokeria noted.
