Georgia Receives 150,000 Doses of AstraZeneca Vaccine in Early March
Georgia will receive the AstraZeneca vaccine at the beginning of March.
According to the minister of healthcare, Ekaterine Tikaradze, they will get 150,000 doses of vaccine at the beginning of March.
"Our supplier is COVAX platform, from where receiving up to 300,000 doses of vaccine is considered, additionally, negotiations are underway with supplier, from which we have a confirmation that we will receive 150,000 doses in the first half of March.", noted Ekaterine Tikaradze.
As she says, the introduction of the Pfizer vaccine will not be delayed in Georgia.
