This will be another, most important platform for Georgia, from which both the Italian and the international community will get to know Georgian children's literature.

The Bologna Children's Book Fair has been running since 1963 and is the leading international platform for children's literature. The laureates of the main children's literary awards, the Hans Christian Andersen and Astrid Lindgren awards, will be announced at the Bologna fair. Giorgi Jincharadze, Irma Malatsidze and Nikozi Art School have been nominated for the Astrid Lindgren Award from Georgia this year.
