All Villages of Mestia Municipality to Open from August 21 Except Mestia and Lenjeri

From August 21, all villages of Mestia municipality will be opened, except for Mestia and Lenjeri.

The relevant decision was made by the Interagency Commission on Coronavirus at today's meeting.

According to Alexander Khojevanishvili, Deputy Head of the State Security Service, Member of the Coordination Council, intensive testing will continue in the two villages.

"The decision was made at the Interagency Council that from August 21 all the villages of the municipality will be opened, except for the town of Mestia and the village of Lenjeri. Intensive testing will continue in these two villages and due to the current situation, a relevant decision will be made, which will also be notified to the population, "- said Alexander Khojevanishvili.
