"Zugdidi Mall" will be open for customers on October 29.

According to Cushman & Wakefield Georgia working on the concept, the investment of the project is 26 million GEL.

The total area of ​​the multifunctional shopping center covers 15,000 square meters. The shopping center will be the first international standards-compliant complex in the Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti region, which will combine a hypermarket, food outlets, and branded stores for various purposes.

International and local brands will be presented in the shopping center: clothes, shoes, perfumes, home accessories, linens, appliances, and others.

According to Cushman & Wakefield Georgia, at this point, 90% of the center is already occupied. Cushman & Wakefield Georgia and "Blox" company worked together on the project concept. The development of "Zugdidi Mall" is ensured by the "Blox" company.
