Zugdidi Mall Opens in October

The first international trading center "Zugdidi Mall" will be opened in the Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti region in October.

The site will include hypermarkets, chain stores, and international and local clothing and footwear brands.

In Zugdidi Mall, the total area of which is 15,000 square meters, the development company "Blox" is investing 26 million GEL.

Cushman & Wakefield and Blox worked together on the concept. In addition, Cushman & Wakefield is exclusively leading the campaign for the rental of space in shopping centers and provides supervision of the construction of "Zugdidi Mall".
