WIPO Ensures International Protection of Elixir Company’s Trademark

WIPO, the Geneva-based world intellectual property organization, has included Elixir trademark into the INO-Lab.

“The WIPO International Bureau has approved Elixir logotype through special certificate issued to Elixir company. The appellation with determined colors is a trademark in such fields as the production of chemical products for industrial and research purposes, pharmaceutical, veterinary, sanitation, disinfection industries, and so on.

In order to protect the consumers and the brand interest, other manufactures are banned to use Elixir sign without preliminary consent”, Elixir representatives noted.

WIPO was founded in 1967 and it unites 193 countries. The organization supervises a fulfillment of 26 international agreements and conventions in order to ensure intellectual property protection worldwide.
