"We Have Bookings, But We Are Not 100% Occupied" - Vazisubani Estate

Boetique hotel, Vazisubani Estate has 35% occupancy currently. As sales director of the company, Nia Odzelashvili declares, the most loaded region in the country is Kakheti, due to the fact that it is not far from Tbilisi and it has the lowest rate of coronavirus in the region.

"We had more active September and October if we will not take into account that events were dismissed. On the other hand, the hotel operates well.". declared Nia Odzelashvili.

As the hotel hopes, the occupancy rate will be increased for the New Year. 

"We have the reservations, however, this does not mean, that we have 100% occupancy. The result of restrictions are added to this, we can't function after 21:00. Mainly, our employers are from Telavi, Gurjaani, and the village Vazisubani, and their transportation is a difficult issue."

The price of spending time in a hotel is 220 GEL on weekdays and 325 GEL on weekends.

Vazisubani Estate includes a vineyard on 35 hectares, a renewed wine cellar and boutique type hotel arranged in the XIX century building.
