Vake Plaza to be Opened in September of 2020
The opening of "Vake Plaza" on Chavchavadze Avenue is rescheduled for September 2020.
Vake Plaza should have been opened in June, but the working processes were temporarily stopped due to coronavirus outbreak.
As Rusudan Chergoleishvili - the head of the project declared, working processes will be renewed from the end of May.
The full investment price is approximately $20 million.
multi-functional space will be only intended for high-class office areas, which will be fulfilled with conference halls, eating places, and a film theater.
The building processes are completed by the company NCC and engineering part - by Therm Service.
