Tskaltubo Sanatorium Acquired for ₾2.6 Million with Future Transformation Plans

In line with Georgia's expansive "New Life of Tskaltubo" initiative, the former sanatorium located at 48 Shota Rustaveli Street in the Tskaltubo resort area has been sold for GEL 2.6 million. The transaction was facilitated by the National Property Agency.

Per the terms of privatization, the property's new owner, Golden Towers LLC, is mandated to invest upwards of 7.8 million GEL within a 60-month timeframe following the contract's signing. The envisioned development plans include the construction of a hotel complex with a minimum of 100 rooms, accompanied by catering facilities.

By adhering to these stipulated conditions, Golden Towers LLC aims to contribute meaningfully to the rejuvenation and revitalization of the historic Tskaltubo resort area.
