Telasi Joins Project of Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission

Telasi joined the project elaborated by Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission in order to offer its consumers high-standard service.

According to the information provided by the Energy company, within the frameworks of the projects, a new type of service is introduced. From now on, the user will be able to dial *303# and find out the necessary information on water supply, drinking water, electricity, and natural gas.

The service is free of charge.

For implementing the project, Telasi will deliver information base to regulating commission and mobile operators.

User will be able to:

• find out the current balance and request online cheque;

• find out the information on temporary unplanned cessation of supply;

• fix the cessation of supply for an operational response.

• In case of request, send the meter reading to communal unit.
