Skyscraper to Build in Batumi

A skyscraper is planned to build in Batumi. The 242-meter-high tower in the city center, near the Public Service Hall, will be built with Georgian-Chinese investment.

The project is implemented by Metro Holding. According to the director of the company, the project envisages the construction of a business center, a shopping center, and apartments. The Ritz Carlton Hotel will also be located in the tower.

"We will soon have the approval of the international brand hotel to enter the Georgian market."

The total amount of investment is $150 million. According to the authors of the project, construction works of the tower will be finished in three years.
